A comprehensive and advanced iOS application designed for the US Navy Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA), Physical Readiness Test (PRT), and Body Composition Assessment (BCA).
Highlights:
- Supports all approved bikes according to the latest Physical Readiness Program Newsletters, CFL Guides, and OPNAVINST 6110.1J.
- The only BCA calculator that supports measurements to the 1/4 inch with proper rounding performed per the CFL guide and OPNAV.
- The only height/weight calculator that supports rounding and adheres to the maximum allowed weight per OPNAVINST 6110.1J.
- Entered values are saved for quick recalculations on each use of the app.
- Full support for cardio options such as running, rowing, swimming, and biking.
- Event goal calculator: easily determine individual event PRT results needed to achieve a specific score, along with kCal/hour calculations for bikes.
- Provides full support for users at altitudes above 5000ft.
Calculates:
- Height/weight Body Composition Assessment (BCA) results.
- BCA taping results.
- PRT results for all officially supported bikes.
- Individual event scores required to achieve a user-selected score.
